Sweat suits

Today i learned about sweat suits. a sweat suit is usually made from cotton and polyester. In highschool wrestlers work out in there sweat suit and somtimes sleep in them. Will you sweat in your sweat suit the suit absorbse the sweat and make you sweat way more.
And you will lose some pounds. You will lose water from your body. You will gain it back in about a month or two. So there is really no point.
As you can see that this guy is wearing a sweat suit.

Things i learned today

I learned that together the muscles are able to work together and move in thousands of different ways. Muscles are bulk and gives the ody it own shape.

Close to 650 musceles move all at once. Even though muscles are ment for moving they also do other jobs.

The muscles work by focusing the eyes, lifting the lungs during inhulation, and swallowing food.

Muscles keeps the heart beating. Based on their structure they are classified in three parts skeletal, smooth, and cardiac.

If you pull on the bone in one direction or another, the skeletal system causes the muscle to moce.

In this video it shows what a phagocyte. Its a white blood cell. Which means cells that eat. A Phagocyte surrounds pathogens by extending and grabbing them with there Pseudopod. And when they get in Phagocyte they dissolve. There is different names of Phagocytes one name is Macrophage means big eater. plant cell structure

This is a plant cell it shows the ribosome and the golgi and the mitochondrion we learned this all today. the ribosome looks like little dots and it puts together amino acids into nonfunctional protein

Notice that the plant cell is not round it has some edges on it and the animal cell doesnt. as you can see the vacual is much bigger that the animal cell. The animal cell has a much smaller vacual. Chloropast is also in plants but it doesnt excist in animal cells.
